Membership Meeting
February 12th, 2024
Commander Gladue conducted opening ceremonies and declared Post 146 monthly meeting regularly convened at 17:12.
Roll call was taken, quorum was met.

Dick Pier moved “to approve the January minutes as presented.” Motion was approved.
Gary Gladue gave Executive Report. Motions made in the Executive Committee were: to Reimburse Gary Gladue for purchase of a flag; to reimburse Gary Gladue for purchase of a water filter for the ice machine; and, to pay the renewal fee for the Post website. Dick Pier moved “to accept the Executive report.” The motion was adopted.
Dick Pier gave the Finance Report. Jan Lepinski moved “to approve the report subject to audit.” The motion was adopted.
Kurt Lepinski gave the Membership report. 320 paid, 89.89% of goal.
Gary Scholtz gave the House Committee report, which included a list of items that need attention.
Activities: The Valentine’s Dinner was a success. Jamboree and Chili cookoff are March 3
Tillie Ryan gave the Bar Report.
Steve Van Eyck gave the Athletics report.
Julie Erickson gave the Auxiliary report.

Rick Baldwin gave the Legion Riders report. Blessing of the Bikes June 1st
Correspondence: Menominee High School Graduating Class asking for prizes and/or cash donations.
Veterans in Need organization having Vietnam War Veterans Day celebration March 29, 2024 from 9:00 am until noon at Faith Church, Peshtigo, WI.
Unfinished Business: Standing Rules.
New Business: Audit Committee needs volunteers. Election Committee needs volunteers, committee to be appointed in March. Jan Lepinski gave a presentation on the Queen of Hearts Raffle. It was requested to have an informational meeting prior to the next member meeting on the Queen of Hearts Raffle.
