General Membership Minutes for February 2018

Professional Wresting Events came in and gave presentation - Charity events. No firm decisions and he left pamphlets.
1720 Adjutant conducted opening ceremonies and declared Post 146 regular monthly meeting convened
Roll call was taken Quorum criteria met. Fifarek, Herold, B.Chernetski, Scholtz, Bohnert excused.
Minutes from January read, approved, and entered into record Pier/Smith.
Financial Report was read was read and approved – Nutter/Durrow - Motion passed
Executive Committee minutes read. – Smith/Durrow – Approved and entered.

Club: Mardi Gras coming up. Need volunteers to help and sell tickets. Ensured they will not run out of food.
Audit: Dick passed out an example of a new financial template. Audit committee is working very closely with Jim Berry. Additionally, will be performing inventories of all food and liquor.
SAL: Nothing changed since last meeting.
Aux: 251 Members goal 262. 2nd place in U.P. Additionally, U.P. is seconded in the State.
Downtown: NTR
Athletic: Team will be bagging groceries at Jacks and also doing a Brats for Breakfast.

New Business: Jim Smith wants to buy leaf blower. Chernetski donating an electric.
Audit committee wants to implement online banking for verification purposes. No Transactions will be conducted online. Only signatories and Chairman of Audit Committee will have access. Smith/Nutter – Motion passed.
Jim Smith would like to see runners installed so that the salt being spread on sidewalk doesn’t ruin carpet. Nutter looking into it.
Raffle: T. Chernetski won 4 pizzas
